Responsibilities:
- Provide installation, configuring, testing, post implementation technical support and maintenance for server/personal computer hardware/application and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot, identify and resolve customer IT problems and performance.
- Work closely with partners, vendors, principals, contractors and customers on project basis.
- Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate/diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- Minimun 1-2 years of working experience in providing support to end-users.
- Must possess strong knowledge in hardware, OS (ie. Win9x, WinNT, Win2000, Linux, etc.) and LAN/WAN technologies.
- Experience in system administration for Windows server is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of multimedia PC technology and software application as well as PC troubleshooting tools and utilities.
- Good interpersonal skill, customer relationship building and team player.
- Possess own car and willing to travel.
